	- Brigadier(RETD) Bharat Singh Sangwan, an ex NDA Officer from the Madras Regiment. Served with Indian Army for 35 years before retirement in Mar 2011. Commanded an Infantry Battalion and Subsequently as Brigade Commander commanded a Rashtriya Rifles Sector in the Kashmir Valley in thick of Counter Insurgency Environment.
